Mudbound, by Hillary Jordan

Mississippi, 1940s, PTSD, racism, sexism, mud. Finished it in a day, so it obviously wasn’t too bad. I do have an issue when books choose too many points of view and keep switching between them, but it didn’t bother me to a ridiculous degree here. However, choosing multiple points of view did keep the book from reaching a certain depth and did prevent characters from developing fully from any one perspective.
