I didn’t do much cooking this weekend, as I was away visiting a friend before she leaves the country for a few months. I did, however, manage to whip up a batch of roasted chickpeas in between going out to see Fast Five and staying in to watch Game of Thrones last night (both were epic). I know I got the idea from somewhere, but in the process of cleaning up my bookmarks (so many recipes I want to make!), I lost the source.

Basically, toss some chickpeas with olive oil and spices. Broil until they look done.

They were okay, but I don’t know if I’ll make a repeat any time soon. Just didn’t excite me.
