Why I Loved My Thanksgiving

1. Freakishly warm weather.

Darn right that’s outdoor lighting–we had Thanksgiving dinner on the porch.

2. Leftover stuffing for breakfast.

Fruit makes it breakfast, right?

3. Leftovers on lettuce for lunch.

With some seitan for a protein boost.

4. Indescribably amazing vegan dessert.

My mom is a baking (and vegan-daughter-friendly) genius. A pumpkin mousse/”cheese”cake/plate of deliciousness.

5. Family, time with pets and overall relaxation.

I’m thankful I have amazing parents I can visit for the holidays!

Okay, I cringe to think of how many posts I’ll see in Google reader, but I can’t wait to catch up after my five days away!
