Tofu scramblers with peas and corn, lettuce and fruit salad

Dinner Part One

Roasted parsnips, baked sweet potato slices and cauliflower

Dinner Part Two

Post-workout protein pancake and homemade applesauce

Snacks

Early morning apple, late afternoon  handful of rice crackers from the break room
