Breakfast

Savory Oats greened up with hemp protein powder are this easy:

  • 1/2C Oatmeal
  • 1T Nutritional Yeast
  • 2T Hemp protein powder
  • 1C Water
  • Sprinkle of S&P
  • Optional: Top with PB/other nut butter

Microwave 2.5 minutes or so.

Snack

A green smoothie is this easy:

  • Giant handful of spinach
  • 1T green smoothie or protein powder (I used Vega Shake & Go smoothie mix)
  • 1C almond milk
  • 1/2C H2O
  • Optional: Half a banana

Blend. Drink.

Lunch

Chili-on-greens is this easy…

  • 1 can of beans
  • 1 can of tomatoes
  • Cumin and chili powder
  • Optional: Chunks of sweet potato or butternut squash

Put in a pan, heat until hot. Dump on top of greens.

Dinner

Creamy, dreamy, tasty, amazing avocado alfredo is this easy:

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1T Nutritional yeast
  • 1t Apple cider vinegar
  • 1-2t Minced garlic
  • Salt, to taste

Blend or just mash well with a fork. Dump on top of your choice of veggies/pasta (such as soba noodles and steamed broccoli).
